We cover all areas within 10 miles of Ferndown, Dorset. If you are situated outside of this 10 miles zone, there will be a 40p charge per extra mile.

You can call the Princess Parlour on 07715 254622 or book online through our website. Book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

To secure your booking, we first take a non refundable 50% deposit to hold the date and begin preparations. This can be paid via paypal through the online booking system, cash, or bank transfer (details on the bottom of invoice) at the time of booking, also. The final balance must be paid before or on the day of the party, prior to arrival.

We state that the maximum number is 10 as there is a time limit, therefore if there are more than 10 girls this would require booking another package.

Not at all, rest assured your girlies will be having an amazing time, so you can relax and have a catch up with the other mummies, maybe prepare some party food for the little ones for when the pamper party is over.

Bottles of water and juice cartons are ok, but as nails will be wet we suggest hydrating before and after the service time. We do bring cupcakes and pink lemonade for the moments we find suitable for refreshments.

Yes. You pay per package not per girl and are allowed to invite up to 6 girls in each package. If you have paid for extra girls and they then cancel, you will still be charged even if they do not turn up, so please stress to your guests the importance of showing up and being on time.

Yes please. All final details will need to be confirmed 1 week prior to the party.

They will join in at whatever stage we are at, and if we have time at the end we can go back and catch up on treatments they missed.

If you have to cancel the party, the non refundable deposit will be lost. If you wish to reschedule, we will do our best to find a new suitable date however there is a notification period for this of up to 2 weeks prior to the event. If you notify us less than 2 weeks prior to the party date, you will lose your deposit.

If one of the little princesses have allergies or dietary requirements this MUST be stated prior to the event, as we will not be held responsible. We will do our best to offer alternatives for this guest but cannot guarantee this. In these instances, we accept this guest may bring their own alternative should we not be able to accommodate.

If you wish to do this online, these can also be purchased through our online shop, in the 'Party Add Ons' category. Of course this will need to be done as a separate transaction to your booking but to ensure we link the 2 together, please use the same name in both your purchase and your booking or add a reference in the notes section on both.
